Technical Business Analyst
The Technical Business Analyst role within Transformable’s (TF) Client Delivery team is key to identifying and delivering business improvements to help our clients transform and stay at the head of the utilities industry.
Work with TF’s key clients executing change projects to:- Identify opportunities for improvement in client business processes and technology
- Facilitate the prioritisation of business improvements based on benefit and achievability
- Actively liaise with client subject matter experts to describe the problem and map out the solution
- Communicate requirements for technology changes
- Work with the project team to ensure that change is effectively implemented
- Take an active role in driving outcomes within the project to completion
Work within the Transformable business to:
- Prepare proposals to prospective clients
- Create artefacts that improve TF’s delivery capability
- Lead by example to create an inclusive and high performing culture
- Demonstrated capability to perform the functions as described
- Extensive experience in electricity related businesses
- Reputation for delivering quality outcomes on challenging projects
